Should you have a gasket you require making, please message with quantity required and rough drawing with sizes so we can give a accurate quote. If accepted we will ask for a “to scale” drawing, cardboard template or ideally a old used gasket to get a accurate design.

We can supply exhaust gaskets from three layer 1.2mm composite fibre/steel/fibre or 1.4mm composite steel/fibre/steel both rated to 400°C

Turbo oil return gaskets are supplied from 0.75mm Klingersil C-4324 sheet material.

Inlet, waterpump, thermostat housing gaskets can also be produced from 0.4mm / 0.8mm / 1.00mm gasket paper

Tooling molds are made inhouse reducing costs and lead times to customers.

All finished designs and tooling will be owned by us.
