Exhaustgasketspecialist.com is a sister online store to a small, family run independent automotive business called LDS Engineering out in the rural countryside near the Hampshire and Surrey border.  Specialising in……….yes you guessed it! Exhaust gaskets!!! We stock various cylinder head to manifold gaskets, downpipe gaskets, exhaust pipe gaskets and also turbo oil return gaskets.

Having over 25 years mechanics and motor trade experience rebuilding engines, repairing and restoring vehicles. Plus also experienced in running other online stores and a machine shop, EGS came into being after Covid. Trying to source stock from our main suppliers became a nightmare. Cutting out the middleman we were forced to go straight to the gasket manufacturers.  Many were contacted, very few replied and those that did wanted stupid minimum order quantities which made them an unviable option. The decision was then made to invest in the machinery required to produce the tooling and manufacture the gaskets ourselves.  12 months later our gasket catalogue has outgrown the Ford items that we were trying to source! And we now produce and stock hundreds of types of gaskets for various automotive makes and models. Supplying both the general public, trade and vehicle specialists.

At least 80% of the gaskets listed on the store are manufactured inhouse. Those that are not produced by us are sourced from various O.E.M manufactures such as:
