Ordering
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day via the exhaustgasketspecialist.com webstore, however orders are only processed Monday to Friday during the hours listed below.
Sorry, we do not currently take orders or payment over the phone.
We are not VAT registered, a standard purchase invoice is included with every order.
Business hours for processing orders:
Monday – Thursday : 8.30 a.m. – 4.30 p.m.
Friday : 8.30 a.m. – 1.00 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
Bank holidays: Closed
***Please note – it is customer`s reasonability to select the correct gasket for their application! If you are in any doubt please message us BEFORE you purchase with your vehicles reg number so we can check for you***
All pictures and O.E part numbers are for reference only, unless it is a gasket manufactured by ourselves we cannot guarantee you will receive the exact gasket / brand that is pictured. Stock is changing on a daily basis, suppliers also update backing pads / packaging from time as well.
Payment
Customers can pay with most major credit/debit cards online without the need to sign up for an account.
We currently accept payments via secure PayPal or Stripe checkout. You do not need a PayPal account to checkout via PayPal.
Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1-2 working days – normally if placed in the morning, it will be processed the same day (work load and stock dependent). Our Royal Mail collection is daily around 12.30pm midday.
If you are in need of an order urgently please contact us and we will use all reasonable endeavours to make sure it gets sent out ASAP. But please note we are extremely busy most days so cannot guarantee your order will be processed and dispatched the same day. Especially if the order is placed close to our daily Royal Mail collection time.
All small UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 24hr tracked post.
Expensive, large or heavy UK orders are sent via tracked / signed for Royal Mail 24hr or 24hr courier service via UPS, DPD or Fed Ex.
Any international orders will only be sent via tracked / signed for service and will be insured for the full amount of the order.
